What is my background?
I have 16 years of experience, starting with my first role at a startup multi-local job board answering job seeker emails and finishing my tenure there as the Director of Job Seeker Experience. I hold an MBA from Arizona State University and I’m certified as a Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC). I’ve worked as a career coach and resume writer for three separate MBA programs and two outplacement firms.
In my private coaching practice, I use my years of perspective with a front-row view of talent recruitment to help you move ahead.

I’m also a bit of a dork. I have a love of reading, sci-fi, biking, and playing board/card games. Nerds are my people – I love the passion of people who care enough about a topic to learn about it deeply.
